Fetch the full posting for a single job by its LinkedIn job ID. Returns the complete description, job criteria (seniority, employment type, job function, industries), applicant count, and apply URL when available. The job_id comes from search_jobs results. Search and retrieve job listings from LinkedIn's public job board with comprehensive filtering options including job type, experience level, workplace type, salary range, and time period.
