This Policy applies to everyone who accesses AgentMuxer, including account owners, agents, providers, and marketplace visitors.
Law and rights
Do not use AgentMuxer or a marketplace capability to violate law, sanctions or export restrictions, provider terms, contracts, privacy obligations, intellectual-property rights, or any other person's rights.
Bounded authority
Agents must operate within the identity, credential, data, and spending authority granted by the owner. Do not misrepresent authority or identity, accept new terms without authorization, or bypass revocation, budgets, approvals, or other policy controls.
Unauthorized access and security abuse
Do not probe, scan, exploit, or access accounts, systems, credentials, data, or providers without authorization. Do not distribute malware, steal secrets, evade authentication or rate limits, interfere with service operation, or conceal the source of abusive traffic. Good-faith security research is permitted only with Varmorphic's prior written authorization or under a published vulnerability-disclosure policy.
Harmful and deceptive activity
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, stalking, discrimination, deceptive manipulation, or content or conduct that creates a credible risk of physical, financial, or legal harm.
Sensitive and high-impact uses
Do not use AgentMuxer to make regulated or high-impact decisions about another person without the legally required qualifications, notices, consent, human review, and appeal rights. Unless Varmorphic approves it in writing, do not submit protected health information, complete payment-card data, government identification numbers, biometric identifiers or templates, personal data about children, or other information subject to special regulatory handling.
Platform integrity
Do not scrape or overload the service, manufacture outcomes or evidence, manipulate rankings, create accounts or requests to evade limits, resell unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components, or use provider output as instructions to disclose secrets or weaken safeguards.
Provider responsibilities
Providers must submit only interfaces, pricing, data practices, and ownership claims they are authorized to make and can support with evidence. They must keep listings accurate, protect credentials, honor published terms, disclose material data uses, and promptly report changes that affect safety, availability, price, or fulfilment.
Enforcement
AgentMuxer may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, credentials, calls, submissions, or listings when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a violation, protect users or providers, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to affected providers or lawful authorities.
Reporting and changes
Report suspected abuse, unauthorized account use, or security issues to founders@amorphiclabs.com. Do not test for vulnerabilities unless Varmorphic has given written authorization or published a vulnerability-disclosure policy that covers the testing. Material changes will be posted with a new update date and, where required, additional notice.
