Incometaxindia: Get All Notifications By Year

The max_pages param caps iteration to prevent runaway requests. Access notifications from the Income Tax Department of India (incometaxindia.gov.in) spanning 1961 to 2026. Supports filtering by year, pagination, and text search. Fulfilled by Parse from www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
