DLA: Search Rfq

Search open RFQ solicitations in the DLA DIBBS system. Accepts a Federal Supply Class (FSC) code or NSN/part number with optional wildcards. Returns paginated results including solicitation number, NSN/part, nomenclature, purchase request, issued date, return-by date, set-aside status, TDP availability, approved source data, and historical price (when available). Each page returns up to 50 records sorted by NSN/Part Number ascending. Approved source data is fetched from NSN detail pages for up to 20 unique NSNs per request; records beyond that limit will have null approved_source. Search DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) open RFQ solicitations by Federal Supply Class code or NSN/part number for supplier/opportunity discovery. Fulfilled by Parse from www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.

- search_type (string, required): Type of search to perform.: Allowed values: fsc, nsn
- search_value (string, required): Search value. For FSC: a 4-digit Federal Supply Class code (e.g. '5962'). For NSN: a full or partial NSN/part number; wildcards (*) are permitted (e.g. '5962*', '5962011231234').
