RIB: Get Tender Details

Get detailed information for a specific tender by its ID. Returns dates and deadlines, procedure details (regulation, procedure type, lot subdivision), contracting authority contact, execution place, and CPV codes. The tender_id is obtained from search_tenders, search_eu_prior_information, or search_award_notices results. Access German public procurement data from RIB eVergabe platform including tender publications, EU prior information notices, contract award notices, and news. Fulfilled by Parse from vergabe.rib.de.
