Usherbrooke: Get Word Index By Letter

Pagination is handled internally — the full list for the letter is returned in one call. API for the USITO French dictionary (Québec). Provides word definitions, conjugation tables, and search capabilities. Fulfilled by Parse from usito.usherbrooke.ca.
