Unstop: Get Domains

List all available internship domains (work functions/roles). Each domain has an id, name, and slug. Use the slug value as the 'roles' parameter in search_internships to filter by domain. Search and discover internships on Unstop filtered by domain (work function/role) and job type (work from home, in-office, hybrid). Also provides endpoints to list available domains and cities for filtering. Fulfilled by Parse from unstop.com.
