Toasttab: Get Menu Items

Get the full menu for a restaurant including categories and items with prices, plus the full restaurant object from the storefront page. Requires a slug to return the restaurant object; when only guid is provided the restaurant field is omitted. At least one of guid or slug must be provided. Setting respectAvailability to false returns the full menu regardless of current operating hours. Search for restaurants by location, retrieve restaurant details, and browse full menus on ToastTab.com. Fulfilled by Parse from toasttab.com.

Request fields
- guid (string): The restaurant's unique GUID from search_restaurants results
- slug (string): The restaurant's short URL identifier, used as a fallback when guid is not provided
