Tenders: Get Notice Ocds Record

Retrieve the full procurement record for a notice in OCDS record package format. Includes all related releases, a compiled release merging all releases into a single view, and a versioned release tracking field-level changes across the procurement lifecycle. Useful for seeing the complete history of a procurement from planning through award. Not all notices have OCDS record data; those that do not will return input_not_found. Search and retrieve UK government tender notices from Find a Tender service, including OCDS-format procurement data and CPV code browsing. Fulfilled by Parse from tenders.gov.uk.
