Swissreg: Get Publication Detail

Publication IDs can be found in the publikationRefs array of a patent detail response. API to extract patent data from the Swiss patent registry (Swissreg). Provides full details for patents and their publication history via internal IDs, and lists available database targets. Fulfilled by Parse from swissreg.ch.
