Smdc: Get Properties Filtered

Filter properties on a segment page by location. The location filter is case-sensitive and must match exactly how SMDC labels the city (e.g. 'Pasay City', 'Makati City'). Returns properties matching the specified location within the given segment. API for SMDC.com providing access to property listings across Heights, Nature, and Symphony Homes segments, project details, news articles, and property search. Fulfilled by Parse from smdc.com.

- segment (string): Property segment. Accepted values: 'heights', 'nature', 'symphony-homes'.: Allowed values: heights, nature, symphony-homes
- location (string): Location filter matching SMDC's city labels exactly (e.g. 'Pasay City', 'Makati City', 'Mandaluyong City'). Omitting returns all locations.
