Sliq: Get Schedule

Fetches the schedule of upcoming legislative livestreams for a given date. Returns all events visible on that date's schedule page, which typically includes events from the requested date forward across multiple days. Each event includes title, location, scheduled time, duration, status, and any associated handout documents. Makes one request per event to retrieve full detail from the upstream API. Retrieve upcoming livestream schedule and event details from the Colorado General Assembly's Harmony video system. Fulfilled by Parse from sg001-harmony.sliq.net.
