Ratethelandlord: Get Landlord

Fetches all reviews and aggregate ratings for a specific landlord by name. The name must match exactly (case-insensitive) a landlord from the database. Returns the landlord's reviews with full detail, overall average rating, total review count, and per-category averages (repair, health, stability, privacy, respect). API for fetching landlord reviews, tenant resources, and location filter options from RateTheLandlord.org. Supports searching for landlords, viewing detailed review breakdowns for specific landlords, and listing all tracked landlords. Fulfilled by Parse from ratethelandlord.org.
