Returns live rider group positions during a stage. Each group contains its GPS coordinates, speed, distance remaining, time gap to the leader, jersey indicators, and the list of riders in that group. Data updates every few seconds during the race; returns empty groups when the stage is not active. Live Tour de France race data including stage details, rider group positions, and general classification standings. Fulfilled by Parse from racecenter.letour.fr.
