Pred: Get Ranks

Retrieve all rating seasons and their rank tiers (Bronze through Paragon) with rating thresholds and icons. Each season contains a full set of rank tiers with min/max rating boundaries. Fetches game data from the Pred.gg Predecessor gaming platform, including heroes, items, perks, ranks, versions, and all associated image assets. Fulfilled by Parse from pred.gg.
