List material facts (существенные факты) for an issuer, optionally filtered by fact type number and date range. Requires issuer_id or tin. Public API over the Uzbek corporate disclosure portal openinfo.uz. Provides access to issuer profiles, material facts, financial reports, dividend data, and securities issues for publicly listed and registered companies in Uzbekistan. Fulfilled by Parse from new.openinfo.uz.

- issuer_id (string): Portal internal issuer ID.
- page_size (integer): Results per page.
