For publisher-restricted articles, returns the abstract as full_text. Truncates full_text at 20000 characters. Search and retrieve biomedical research articles from PubMed, PMC, and MeSH databases. Provides structured metadata, full-text extraction, and clinical research filtering. Fulfilled by Parse from ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.
