multitran.com API: get_subject_terms

Fetch terms and their translations for a specific subject area within a language pair. Supports alphabetical filtering by starting letter, and cursor-based pagination via the next_page URL in the response. Each page returns up to ~20 terms with their translations. The pagination object includes an alphabet array for letter-based navigation. Access the Multitran multilingual dictionary to retrieve translations, browse subject area terminology, and look up available languages across any supported language pair. Fulfilled by Parse from multitran.com.

Request fields
- s (string): Cursor/start term for pagination, taken from the next_page URL parameter.
- l1 (string): Source language numeric ID.
- l2 (string): Target language numeric ID.
- sc (string, required): Subject area ID from get_dictionary_index results (e.g. '120' for Abbreviation, '52' for Accounting).
- pos (string): Pagination position offset (numeric string, e.g. '0').
- letter (string): Filter terms to those starting with this letter (single character, e.g. 'a').
