VIC: Suggest Parcel Lot Street

Get address suggestions for lot, parcel, or street queries using the VMParcelLotStreet geocoder. Returns matching suggestions with magicKey values that can be passed to find_address_candidates_parcel_lot_street for precise geocoding. Text matching is case-insensitive. The MapShare Victoria API provides comprehensive geocoding and address search services for the state of Victoria, Australia. It includes endpoints for standard street addresses, lot/parcel identifiers (SPI), suburbs, streets, postcodes, and Crown land. All data is retrieved from official Victorian government ArcGIS REST services. Fulfilled by Parse from mapshare.vic.gov.au.
