Get the list of talukas (sub-districts) for a given district. Requires a valid district_id from get_districts. Returns taluka IDs and names in Marathi. API to access the Maharashtra Bhulekh portal for land records. Navigate the administrative hierarchy (District, Taluka, Village, Survey Number) and retrieve captcha tokens for record lookups. Fulfilled by Parse from mahabhulekh.maharashtra.gov.in.
