Hungerstation: List Neighborhoods

Returns all neighborhoods/districts for a given city. Each neighborhood includes the exact slug string accepted by get_restaurants_by_neighborhood's neighborhood parameter, and the corresponding page index in get_restaurants_by_city. Uses a single sitemap request with no per-restaurant enrichment. Latitude, longitude, and restaurant_count are null because the source does not expose per-neighborhood aggregates. Access restaurant data from HungerStation, Saudi Arabia's food delivery platform. Browse cities, discover restaurants by city with full details including menus.
