Hkab: Get Exchange Rates

Fetches HKAB opening indicative counter exchange rates for a specific date. Returns buying and selling rates for all published currency pairs against HKD. When no date is provided, returns the most recent available rates. Rates are expressed in HKD per unit of foreign currency (or per 100 units for some currencies). Provides access to Hong Kong Association of Banks (HKAB) HIBOR interest settlement rates and daily exchange rates via their public APIs. Fulfilled by Parse from hkab.org.hk.
