Extracts the current Euribor interest rate for the selected maturity tenor. Returns the latest available rate with its publication date. The rate is updated each business day by the European Money Markets Institute. When maturity is omitted, defaults to the 6-month tenor. Provides current and historical Euribor 6-month interest rate data from euribor-rates.eu. Fulfilled by Parse from euribor-rates.eu.
