Includes cancellation date and reason for each tender. Extract tender listings from Bihar Government e-Procurement portal (eproc2.bihar.gov.in). Supports active, past, and cancelled tenders with filtering by department and keyword search, plus detailed tender information and department directory. Fulfilled by Parse from eproc2.bihar.gov.in.
