Bmkg: Get Kabupaten Kota

Retrieve the list of kabupaten/kota (regencies/cities) for a given province. Use province IDs from get_provinces. Returns administrative subdivisions useful for geographic filtering of stations. API to retrieve Indonesian meteorological station metadata and data availability (rainfall, temperature, sunshine duration, wind, humidity) from the BMKG Data Online portal. Fulfilled by Parse from dataonline.bmkg.go.id.
