CRO: Get Gazette List By Year

Get list of gazette issues for a specific year. Returns individual gazette issues with titles and URLs. Works reliably for recent years; some older years listed in get_gazette_years may return an empty issues array if the site does not have structured issue links for that year. Scraper for Irish Companies Registration Office (CRO) Gazettes. Provides endpoints to browse gazette archives by year and retrieve PDF links for new company registrations, annual returns, strike-offs, and other statutory filings. Fulfilled by Parse from cro.ie.
