Ccee: Get Filter Options

Retrieve the complete list of accepted filter values for the search_documents endpoint. Returns all document types (especies) and subjects (assuntos) that can be passed as the especie and assunto parameters respectively. Values are returned as sorted arrays of Portuguese-language strings. API to access CCEE (Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica) documents, board meeting minutes, and current electricity spot prices (PLD). Fulfilled by Parse from ccee.org.br.
