Fetches completed listings for market stats, then active listings sorted by price ascending, and filters for underpriced items. Returns upstream_error if no market data is available for the query. APIs for searching active and completed listings on Yahoo Auctions Japan, retrieving item details, seller profiles, and identifying underpriced items based on market trends.
